Memorial day
Memorial Day is a day where those who died in the military are remembered because they are very important people. Memorial day is on May 28, thats the day we remember the loss of many people who fought in the military. A way to show honor and respect on memorial day is to show the flag of the united states. Another way to show respect is to send a letter to a veteran. It doesn't matter if you know them or not, an appreciation letter to a veteran would be very nice.
A few things i will do is show my flag and put on my shirt that relates to memorial day because that will show great honor and respect. I will Also try to send a letter to my friend who is a veteran because he is doing the country good.
Reflection: I believe Memorial day is a very important day. Many people and many families have lost someone who was a veteran. They served are country with all intentions of good but unfortunately, they didn't make it out alive. Because of what they did, they will be remembered. People sacrificed there lives for us to have our freedom. This day should be celebrated by everyone because the 28th is such a big day. No one will be forgotten ever, they will always be remembered.
