For example, like anger management which means you get mad really fast or suicidal thoughts meaning you want to kill yourself. They provide therapy and coaching. I feel like that would be stressing for me to help someone with thier issues.

Washington I agree 100% with Booker T. Washington because what he is saying is correct. Its not right to be in bad company. For example if your with a crowd that is drinking or smoking, your doing a bad choice because they might influence you into doing it. You dont want to be a pothead or a drinker because that kind of stuff is addicting. It can affect who you are going to be in life. Its better to be alone or with a good crowd then a bad crowd.                                 My Thanks Giving week    My thanksgiving week was kinda boring. I didnt really do anything that was exciting. I just played soccer and watched basketball. I didn't go anywhere, i just stayed home playing video games. The only good day was thanksgiving since i was with my family and we got to eat food that was delicious. Days past and i was still eating turkey since there was a lot left over. I didint go shopping for black Friday because i was broke. I had to finish reading my book for a book report assignment. The only reason i read it was because it was interesting. Well yeah my week was really boring.

You need to be thankful is what he is trying to say. For example, you need to be thankful for the things you have in life. Also on Thanksgiving, we need to be thankful for being with our family and eating delicious food. The one thing i am thankful for is my life and my family whom i love a lot. Everyone should develop the attitude of gratitude because that is very important.

                     Physical Fitness              Student Success Statement " Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body, it is the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity. Intelligence and skill can only function at the peak of their capacity when they body is healthy and strong"                  President John F. Kennedy  Reflection: Physical fitness makes the body healthy and strong. You need to be healthy and strong to use intelligence and skills. Can you run a mile in seven minutes? I can run a mile in 10 minutes but thats pretty much it. I need to be more physically fit in order to be smarter and healthier. Physical exercise increases more activity in the brain. Exercising changes your mood if you're depressed. That is why its good to exercise.

Student Success Statement " Kindness is the essence of greatness" Joseph B. Wirthlin  Reflection: I agree 100% with this quote. When you are kind, you are a great person. If your not kind to other people than you are a bad person. For example, If you see a elderly person struggling to take her groceries to her car, than you need to be kind and help her. If you see that shes struggling and you don't help her, than you are a bad person. Another great example is when your on a bus and a person that can't walk as good as you walks, at that point you need to stand up and offer that person your spot. We all want to be treated with kindness and respect. If your disrespectful and you dont have manners, then you will never be a great person. In order to be a great person you need to be kind and respectful.
