Reflection: Physical fitness makes the body healthy and strong. You need to be healthy and strong to use intelligence and skills. Can you run a mile in seven minutes? I can run a mile in 10 minutes but thats pretty much it. I need to be more physically fit in order to be smarter and healthier. Physical exercise increases more activity in the brain. Exercising changes your mood if you're depressed. That is why its good to exercise.
