What is presidents day? Presidents day is a day to honor all our presidents but most importantly, George Washington. It became know as presidents day after it was moved as part of 1971 Uniform Holiday Monday's act.

When is it? Presidents day is on February 19

Ways to show honor: 
  • Showing love
  • Reading about them
  • Go to the National Park
  • Thank them 
I can show Honor and respect by spending the day at the National Park since that is where presidents are celebrated. I can also read about them and learn more about them.
